Job Description: 

We are seeking a driven and hard working Senior Sales Specialist (Closer) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new customers, helping to close deals that meet clients needs while driving company revenue.

What Success Looks Like in This Role: 

• Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and meet customer needs.
• Track and report on sales cycle progress to ensure customer acquisition goals are met.
• Maintain the customer database with accurate, up-to-date information on past, current and potential clients.
• Upsell additional services when possible to achieve the best deal for the client and the company.
• Follow up with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication channels to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Clearly explain our services and fee structure to prospective clients.
• Collect, review and prepare documentation for new prospects and clients.
• Consistently close deals that cam contribute to more than $200,000 in annual earnings.
• Proven track record in sales, particularly in closing deals and achieving targets.
• Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline filled with highly qualified prospects.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications: 

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred).
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Tax Resolution sales or related fields.
• Licensing: Must be willing to obtain an Enrolled Agent (EA) license in good standing with the IRS.
