Job Description:
We’re seeking a full-time inside sales representative to join our growing team! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and turn existing clients into repeat business. Candidates should be driven, hard-working professionals who have a knack for closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met.
- Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met.
- Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase.
- Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients.
- Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling.
- Qualify all incoming and transferred leads.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline.
- Speak with prospective clients and explain our services and fees.
- Create and maintain a database of prospective clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads.
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met.
- Collect documentation, review, and prepare information for new prospects and clients.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills.
- 1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position.
- Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software.
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be an Enrolled Agent or plan to get your Enrolled Agent license.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- MS Office experience required.
- Able to work 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
