Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our expanding team and work closely with our Tax Resolution Associates to ensure the overall success of the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional or financial setting and posses a strong understanding of financial statements, with the ability to analyze various documents and translate for our Spanish speaking clients. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to resolve issues promptly, and proficiency in using various software tools.
What Success Looks Like in This Position:
- Support a Bilingual team and our Spanish-speaking clients in a fast paced environment.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the tax resolution team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist in the preparation, review and analysis of financial statements and documents.
- Promptly and effectively resolve client and internal issues, including providing clear and accurate information to Spanish- speaking clients to assist in their tax resolution process.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
- Utilize Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) to create, edit and manage documents.
- Handle incoming and out going communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Reliable, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively with a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred).
- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional, legal, or financial setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle issues professionally and effectively.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate clearly and assist Spanish-speaking clients.
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, with particular expertise in Excel and Word.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Familiarity with financial terminology.
- A solid understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
