Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our expanding team and work closely with our Tax Resolution Associates to ensure the overall success of the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional or financial setting and possess a strong understanding of financial statements, with the ability to analyze various documents. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to resolve issues promptly, and proficiency in using various software tools.
What does success look like for this position:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the tax resolution team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and documents for resolutions and tax relief.
- Promptly and effectively resolve client and internal issues.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
- Utilize Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) to create, edit, and manage documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Support the team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional, legal, or financial setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle issues professionally and effectively.
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, with particular expertise in Excel and Word.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Familiarity with financial terminology.
- A solid understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
