We’re looking for a full-time inside sales representative to join our growing team! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and turn existing clients into repeat business. Responsibilities:

  • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
  • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met
  • Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase
  • Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
  • Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
  • Qualify all incoming and transferred leads
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline
  • Speak with prospective clients and explain our services and fees
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Collect documentation, review, and prepare information for new prospects and clients

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
  • 1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position
  • Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be an Enrolled Agent or plan to get your Enrolled Agent license
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • MS Office experience required
  • Able to work 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
